To our valued customers,

by Rick Eckert on March 17, 2020

We’re here to keep you up to date as we work through the impacts of coronavirus. We are presently fully operational. All areas across our business are still functional and our showroom is open for business.

Health & Safety

Our number one priority is the wellbeing of our customers and team members. We have enhanced hygiene and sanitations across our operations, encouraging our staff to wash their hands at regular intervals, use hand sanitizers and practice social distancing. We have also cancelled attending all roadshow exhibitions, domestic and international travel plans.

Shipping

We are working with our delivery partners to ensure operations remain uninterrupted. All couriers and shipping companies are operational and normal pickup schedules are still running. We will keep you updated on any issues that arise that may impact, pickup and delivery.

Stock

We currently have 89% of stock lines available in our warehouse in Brisbane. Which means we are actually fairly well stocked. These stock levels change quickly on a daily basis.

We are currently experiencing significant delays in the manufacture of our products. Orders placed in early January have been considerably impacted by shutdowns, many of them are stuck in the production queue. Whilst we understand production is ramping up, we have little information on expected dates of arrival at this stage.

Post production stock is also significantly delayed due to limited bookings available on ships. We are working hard with our factories, partners and logistic companies to mitigate any further delays. However, these delays will potentially impact our stock levels over the coming months. We encourage you to sign up to notifications for out of stock products on our website or contact us and we will endeavour to provide as much information on these delays.

Australian Dollar

The devaluation of the Australian dollar is also having a significant impact on our pricing. We are currently working hard to reduce the impact of the weakened Australian dollar, however a further drop is forecasted and should this occur, it will make it extremely difficult for businesses to absorb this increase in costs.

Keeping You Informed

We will endeavour to keep you informed as things progress, through both email, our website and social channels. If you are unsure of any of our services please do not hesitate to contact us by email sales@titanav.co.

We encourage you to follow the guidance of the Australian Health Department on how to protect yourself and most importantly, continue to look out for each other.

These are challenging and unprecedented times and our focus moving forward needs to be in supporting our community, local businesses, casual workers and helping each other keep wheels moving through this uncertain time.

Kind regards,

Rick Eckert, Managing Director
VFM Group
