Flat or Base foam is an open cell polyurethane foam, flat foams are a softer, more elastic and lighter weight foam most commonly used in in cases as a base layer or liner for impact and shock absorption and surface protection.
Flat or base foam is easily cut to size making it ideal for base layers in Road Cases, camera cases, drone cases and or any case requiring a custom foam insert. Flat foam also has acoustic properties and will absorb reverberation and echo, providing softer, clearer and purer sound on a budget!
