How do I make a purchase?
Simply navigate to the product you are interested in purchasing, then click on the "Add to Cart" button. If you are done shopping, click on the checkout button to complete your purchase where you will be prompted to sign in or checkout as a guest. Following this you will be prompted for shipping & payment information. All online transactions are secure & encrypted with SSL (secure socket layer) technology for ultimate protection of private and financial information.
What are my payment options?
VFM Group accepts payment by Visa & Mastercard credit cards, Paypal, ZipPay and Direct Deposit. Please note all orders will only be processed and shipped once payment has been cleared.
What is the currency for all prices?
All prices listed on our website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

VFM Group assures that all transactions conducted online are completely secure. Our website uses secure socket layer (SSL) certification. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our records.
What is VFM Group product availability?
We keep most of our items in stock, so they will ship within 1-2 business days. In many cases, if your order is received by 12pm items are shipped the same day.
Will I receive an email confirmation of my order and tracking information?
You will receive an email notification immediately following your order. You will then receive another notification once your product has shipped. If you have created an account with us, you will be able to track the progress of your order online.
How do I change my order?
You may change your order as long as the order has not been processed by contacting us on 07 3423 3463.
I'm not sure which product is suitable for my application, are you able to help?

What are VFM Group's shipping methods?

How long does it take for dispatch?
At VFM we pride ourselves on fast dispatch, with most items going out the same or next day.
How long does it take to receive products?
Shipping typically takes 1-10 business days depending on your location. Oversized parcels and delivery to remote destinations may take up to 14 days business days.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not offer shipping to international destinations through our website.
Do we drop ship products?
We do not drop ship! Never have, never will. Here at VFM Group we only sell what we have in stock! That may sound logical, but if you've ever ordered a product online only to discover you're in for a longer wait because it's being drop shipped or back ordered, you'll know the frustration. That will never happen at VFM! When you order online at vfmgroup.com.au you can rest assured that the products are in stock at our Brisbane warehouse, ready for Australia wide delivery.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt is required for all returns. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please consult our Shipping & Returns page for further information.
What if my package is refused or undelivered?
Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer will be charged the return to sender shipping costs. The customer is also responsible for the shipping costs to resend the item.

If you feel you’ve been waiting too long for your order, we ask that you first lodge an enquiry directly with your shipping company (Australia Post, Aramex, Couriers Please, Northline and Toll). All tracking info required to lodge an enquiry is emailed out to you upon dispatch of your order. If you don’t hear from them in a timely manner, contact our team to follow up on your behalf.
